I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I'm writing this review to share my family's experience at this rehab center. My dad got sick with covid and was admitted to palm gardens rehab center on feb 6. Despite my fears of him staying at a rehab center, choosing this place was the best decision my family has made. The care and guidance that has been provided to my father was impeccable. When my dad arrived to the third floor he was non mobile and non verbal. My dads recovery was went so well only because of everyone that worked with my dad. I want to thank Angel and Akiva from social work dept, Annie his nutritionist, all the therapists and sree and all the staff on the third floor. I wish I could mention all the names but they are so many ppl to thank. Anytime my dad needed something they were there extremely caring and responsive to his needs, even if it was walking into the room just to ask how he was doing put a smile on my dads face. I also want to add the cleanliness of Palm Gardens was top notch. May God bless you all. We feel so lucky to have our dad back home. Sincerely, Mosquea Family

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My first impressions of the facility were quite positive. My uncle was staying there to recover from a bad fall he had suffered. The place is well maintained and the nurses are very friendly. The place is very quiet and visitor friendly. In the warmer seasons, the flowers and plants around the center are very beautiful.I feel as if the nurse and staff are very mannerable and skilled and friendly. I felt as if my uncle was in good hands. I definitely recommend this center to others.One of my few complaints is that this care center is nt directly near any bus or train. I had to walk several blocks from the bus stop to get there. I would recommend driving because the center is enclosed in a residential area so it is easy to find parking on a side street.
